RETAIL SUPERVISOR

• Supervise, motivate and lead a team of sales representatives • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team • Monitor sales performance, analyze data and report key metrics • Manage customer relationships and resolve any customer issues or complaints • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient sales processes • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge • Previous experience in a supervisory role within sales • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong leadership and team management skills • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical capabilities • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field • 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays
