M&E / Architectural Drafter — Full time Our client is seeking a skilled Drafter to support construction projects by producing precise M&E and architectural drawings. Responsibilities: • Produce detailed shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and construction documentation. • Use AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks to draft technical designs. • Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy. • Ensure drawings comply with regulatory codes and project specifications. • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight submission deadlines. • Update drawings based on site conditions, feedback, and design changes. • Prepare transmittal forms and manage documentation for project submissions. • Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and support fabrication needs. • Maintain organized records of drawing versions and project files.
