Click Apply Now or send your resume directly to Talent@BuildBridgePartners.com Project Manager to lead ACMV works for major building projects in Singapore. • Lead and manage ACMV works from project commencement through completion and handover. • Oversee project planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV works. • Manage project programme, budget, resources and subcontractors. • Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, clients and other trades. • Monitor site progress, quality, safety and technical compliance. • Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions. • Manage project documentation, variation orders, progress claims and other commercial matters. • Lead and mentor the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline. • Minimum 8 years of relevant ACMV/M&E project experience , preferably with an M&E contractor. • Proven experience managing building projects such as commercial, residential, mixed-development, hotel or similar projects. • Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, project coordination and site execution.
