Senior/BIM Coordinator

Management Duties & Responsibilities • Champion of BIM • BIM Manager role in Projects • Planning of BIM Resources and Training • Involvement with work-related committees (external or internal) including BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE) • Establish, implement and manage CPG BIM Standard Project Duties & Responsibilities • Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan • Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) • Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution • Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants • Multidisciplinary Coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D) • Helpdesk for BIM issues • Design, scripting, and utilization of BIM related tools Other Expectations • Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) • Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM and continual improvement and mastery of BIM Requirements: • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a BIM Coordinator role. • Experience in BIM coordination with consultants, particularly for infrastructure and healthcare projects, and implementation of BIM in the construction process is preferred. • Knowledge of Singapore BIM Guide and ISO 19650 standards; BCA Academy BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses would be an advantage. • Proficient in Autodesk AEC software, including Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks and Navisworks Manage; knowledge of Dynamo is preferred. • Strong leadership and client management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a BIM team. • Good command of English with strong interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player. • Hands-on, positive and proactive, with a strong interest in BIM innovation and continuous improvement. • Meticulous, well-organised and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
