Ecommerce Executive

About the role The E-Commerce Executive supports daily e-commerce and online retail operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and other digital channels. The role focuses on product listing management, order fulfilment coordination, customer support, sales reporting, and campaign execution to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. The role works closely with Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams to support online sales growth, process improvements, and platform initiatives. Key responsibilities • Manage assigned product categories across Gain City's brand.com website and marketplaces including Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop • Maintain product listings, including pricing, images, specifications and promotional content, ensuring accuracy across platforms • Optimise product content for SEO, visibility and conversion • Conduct regular checks on website and marketplace content, pricing, inventory and product synchronisation, and work with IT to resolve issues • Support the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns, promotions and marketplace activities • Set up campaign rules, promotional mechanics, product eligibility, pricing and promotional conditions accurately • Monitor and analyse sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and category performance to identify trends and opportunities • Prepare regular reports on category and campaign performance • Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and administrative tasks across online channels • Liaise with marketplace representatives, vendors and external partners on campaigns, platform requirements and operational matters About you • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, digital marketing or data analytics is an advantage • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify issues • Comfortable working with Excel, sales reports and performance data • Experience with dashboards or data visualisation is an advantage • Familiarity with Magento, Lazada, Shopee or TikTok Shop is preferred • Basic understanding of SEO, e-commerce website management and Google Analytics/GA4 • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling pricing, campaign mechanics, promotional rules and product information • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy • Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks from planning through execution
