Site Supervisor (Aluminium Formwork)

Job Responsibilities: • Provide training and on-site supervision (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. • Coordinate with the site team to arrange the timely delivery, distribution, and return of materials and equipment. • Monitor the correct use of equipment at jobsite while ensuring that the customer/client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork. • Troubleshoot technical problems at jobsite and execute formwork solutions. • Conduct safety briefings and promote safe work practices, ensuring compliance with established safety standards and procedures. • Review and verify design drawings/ technical against actual site conditions to ensure constructability, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. • Responsible to generate Project Information Report for Sales Team and Management • Perform project coordination duties, including transportation logistics and other site-related operational responsibilities. • To perform any other ad hoc duties/ task assigned by Superior. Job Qualifications: • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination. • Knowledge or experience in Aluminum System Formwork is added advantage. • Familiarity with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and relevant regulations. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must. • Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH Coordinator/Supervisor) is an advantage. • Able to work independently and collaboratively. Job Purpose: To support construction site operations by supervising aluminum formwork installation, coordinating material logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and project standards.
