BIM Modeler (Architecture & Structural)

Job Responsibilities: • Develop 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submission and construction purposes. • Update 3D models based on the latest project information and ensure accuracy of drawings. • Use Revit or Navisworks to identify, and report design clashes to the Site Team. • Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules. • Support the BIM Team in BIM, VDC, and IDD Initiatives. Requirements: • Possess a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or BCA equivalent Diploma. • 3 years of relevant experience in BIM and local construction industry (experience with contractor firms preferred). • Must possess prior modeling experience in both Architectural and Structural disciplines. • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit & Navisworks. Autodesk / BCA Certificate is a plus.
