Restaurant Manager

• 5 DAYS WORK WEEK !!! • Salary Range: S$4.1k - S$4.4k (commensurate with experience) Duties & Responsibilities: • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. • Maintain outlet service quality and display good customer relation skills • Manage staff discipline and performance issues • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility • Execute outlet administrative duties and management reporting • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner. • Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness. • Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
