Finance Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: Sales Support • Manage and oversee day-to-day sales operations, including invoice issue, sales commission calculation and sales matters support. • Work with internal cross departmentor external teams to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial information flow. Finance Support • Provide management with timely financial information for operational and business decisions. • Support budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring. • Analyse operating expenses, cash utilisation and financial trends. • Assist Finance Lead with ad-hoc financial analysis, business projects and other finance-related matters. Office Operations Support Job Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with degree in accounting. • Strong financial accounting or audit background with commercial knowledge. • Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls. • Experience of managing a finance function in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment. • Eye for detail and diligence to ensure accuracyof systems and processes. • Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills. • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English. Able to communicate seamlessly in Chinese with internal product and R&D teams, and conduct bilingual business interactions with external clients.
