Customer Service Executive – 4-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)

Duties & Responsibilities • Able to commit to working on weekends and Public Holidays based on the roster. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily salon operations. • Support staff rostering, leave arrangements and staff movement when required. • Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling and daily appointment confirmations. • Attend to customer enquiries and manage customer expectations professionally. • Promote salon services and products and encourage customers to pre-book future appointments. • Recommend suitable services and assist with cross-service bookings. • Keep team members updated on daily schedules and any appointment changes. • Attend to customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. • Support service staff and daily salon operations when required. • Ensure accuracy in daily POS opening and closing procedures. • Support inventory management and ensure proper records and paperwork are maintained. • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon. • Ensure salon and hair equipment are properly maintained. • Perform other duties within the salon's scope of work as assigned. Contract Period: 4 months (Maternity Leave Coverage)
