Accounts & Admin Executive

Accounts & Admin Executive Singapore | Full-Time We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team and support our growing construction business. What You’ll Do • Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping duties. • Prepare invoices, quotations and payment documents. • Handle accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation. • Assist with GST and month-end accounting matters. • Manage general office administration and documentation. • Assist with MOM, BCA, work permit, insurance and foreign worker-related matters. • Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors. • Provide administrative support to management and project teams. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts and administration. • Construction industry experience is preferred. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; AutoCount experience is an advantage. • Familiar with Singapore accounting and GST requirements. • Responsible, meticulous, organised and able to work independently. • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
