Operations Executive

Job Description: • Handle matters relating to operations assistants, drivers, and storemen • Monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules, and follow up on delivery-related issues • Oversee daily stock inventory levels and accuracy • Keep track of company assets such as trucks, tanks, and spare parts • Review maintenance costs and monitor truck downtime • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage incident reporting • Apply for required safety licenses for trucks and tanks with the relevant authorities • Coordinate and oversee daily operational flow between customers and the warehouse • Build strong rapport and maintain regular communication with customers • Ensure warehouse inventory controls are in place, including stock takes and cycle count schedules • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements Job Requirements: • Minimum N Level/O Level/Diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years’ experience in a related field • Proficient in MS Office • Proficient in English • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
