Job Summary Manage whole shop operations to ensure company account profitability. Lead training for workers and coordinate roadshows. Oversee budgeting and sales forecasting. Deliver personal grooming services including medicure, pedicure, eyelash extension, wedding makeup, and breast enhancement. Maintain hygiene standards and monitor staff welfare and leave forecasting.
