To support their expanding strategic initiatives, they are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee end-to-end program delivery and execution. about the job: In this leadership role, you will take full ownership of driving strategic enterprise initiatives from inception through to delivery, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and core business objectives. Key Responsibilities Include: • Directing large-scale program portfolios, cross-functional execution teams, and external partner delivery. • Championing robust delivery frameworks, PMO governance, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure quality outcomes on schedule and within budget. • Partnering closely with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership teams to ensure transparent communications and strategic alignment. • Managing end-to-end vendor lifecycles, including partner evaluation, contract negotiation, and overall performance accountability. • Mentoring internal program and project delivery teams to elevate organizational delivery capabilities, change readiness, and continuous improvement. skills and experience required: • Experience in managing large-scale, complex technology portfolios and multi-stream delivery. • Experience across modern delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) alongside sound financial, budget, and resource planning expertise. • Executive-level stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and vendor management capabilities. • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are an added advantage.
