Project Manager | HDB / Residential Projects | Up to $7.5K

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of HDB and residential construction projects from planning through completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, site operations, stakeholder coordination, quality, safety and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution and completion of HDB/residential construction projects. • Manage project schedules, manpower, resources and overall site progress. • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders. • Oversee structural, architectural and M&E works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. • Coordinate with HDB, QPs, consultants, RE/RTOs and relevant authorities on project matters. • Resolve technical issues, RFIs and site constraints to minimise project delays. • Drive quality control and CONQUAS requirements , including inspections and defect rectification. • Monitor project costs, variations and resource utilisation. • Ensure compliance with WSH, regulatory and project requirements . • Oversee project completion, TOP/CSC, handover and defects management . Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline. • Relevant experience in HDB, BTO or residential main-contractor projects . • Strong project management and site coordination experience. • Good knowledge of construction processes, quality and safety requirements. • Familiarity with HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC is an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
