MANAGER

Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with company policies. • Support recruitment, training, and staff coordination. • Handle enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Plan work schedules and ensure adequate manpower. • Maintain operational standards and service quality. • Monitor performance and support continuous improvement. • Work closely with management on operational matters. • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. • Relevant supervisory or operational experience preferred. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Responsible, organised, and able to multitask. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. • Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
