Job Description & Requirements Lebua Thai Restaurant is looking for a head chef to lead a kitchen team as well as create menu and dishes. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations • Come up with new menu and maintain of our dishes quality • Manage the food preparation process • Plan orders of ingredients according to identified shortages • Maintain and upkeep food and service quality • Foster a supportive and conducive work environment • Positive attitude and able to work as a team • Experience in kitchen at least 10 years • Open minded and willing to accept feedback
