Manufacturing Executive

Job Description: • Provide comprehensive support to the Central Kitchen Team and overall F&B operations • Assist with light packing, handling and organisation of goods • Receive, check and document incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality • Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails and correspondence • Assist with menu translation and design for Central Kitchen needs • Manage staff scheduling, leave applications and maintaining accurate records and data for the F&B department • Support procurement activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies for the Central Kitchen • Handle basic accounts related tasks such as filing invoices, organising payment documents and maintaining proper financial documentation Job Requirements: • Minimum GCE - OLEVELS • Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably within the food manufacturing industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
