6723 - Account Executive [Full Set | Tampines | Up to $4k]

Account Executive Monday to Friday : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Location: Tampines Business Hub Starting Salary: SGD 2,800 – 4,000 per month Responsibilities • Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices • Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts • Perform bank reconciliations • Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger • Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet • Handle GST preparation and submission • Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required • Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents • Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit • Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required Requirements • Experience in handling a full set of accounts 📲Interested candidates, please WhatsApp your resume to: +65 9642 0989 (Han) 📧 Or email your resume to: supreme.cc.han@gmail.com 👤Chaw Chiaw Han | R22106723🏢 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd | EA 14C7279
