Sales Technician (Smart Home, CCTV, Network)

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Technician Staff to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves both customer-facing sales and technical installation of smart home products. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities Sales: • Engage customers (walk-in, online, and corporate clients) to introduce Smartifai’s solutions. • Demonstrate smart home products and explain benefits. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales. • Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Technical: • Install, configure, and test smart home devices (lighting, sensors, cameras, hubs, etc.). • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers. • Conduct on-site visits for setup, maintenance, and training. • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements • Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related fields (preferred, but not compulsory). • Prior experience in sales, electrical work, or IT networking is an advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Physically fit and comfortable with on-site installation work. • Singaporeans/PR only (eligible under MyCareersFuture). • Fresh graduates / candidates with strong interest in smart home technology are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
