Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Responsibilities • Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements under the Building Control Act and Regulations • Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of construction activities • Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials • Coordinate site works proactively to uphold construction safety and minimize risks to personnel and assets • Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to fulfill statutory duties and project requirements Required competencies and certifications • Minimum diploma in Civil or Structural discipline. • Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO-C&S) • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising civil works similar in nature Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience working on LTA projects is preferred.
