SITE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works on site. • Manage workers, subcontractors, and various trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, flooring, and ceiling works. • Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. • Monitor work progress, workmanship, and quality standards. • Coordinate with Project Managers, designers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or defects. • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are properly stored and used. • Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work site. • Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and company procedures. • Report project progress, delays, site issues, and required rectification works to the Project Manager. • Coordinate final inspection, defects rectification, and project handover. • Perform other site-related duties as assigned.
