Job Title: Recruitment Business Partners — Hong Kong & Singapore Location: Hong Kong & Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Business Partnership Recruitment Business Partners — Hong Kong & Singapore An invitation to high-performing recruitment professionals ready to build something of their own. We are selectively recruiting a small number of experienced recruitment consultants in Hong Kong and Singapore to join us as Business Partners. This is not a conventional employment offer. It is a structured co-ownership model designed to take ambitious professionals from consistent biller to sustainable business owner — underpinned by a proprietary coaching methodology. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking professionals with a minimum of ten years of proven billings who have reached a point of honest self-reflection: the targets are being met, the foundations are solid, yet something is holding the next level at bay. That ceiling has a name. We call it the Natural Limit . The Natural Limit is not a deficit of effort or talent. It is the product of internal and/or external imposing patterns that even the most capable recruiters carry — patterns that, left unaddressed, quietly cap performance regardless of market conditions or seniority. Through our Eternal Question coaching & partnership framework, we work with partners to identify and dismantle these barriers directly. The four most common patterns we encounter are corporate cultural related, inducing : • Fear, comparison, and insecurity — the hesitation that costs you the call, the brief, the close. • The compulsion to please — an inability to disqualify the wrong clients, candidates and supervisors, leading to wasted capacity on low-yield activity. • Busyness without productivity — surface-level engagement with a wide pipeline rather than deep, strategic qualification of the right one. • Unfocused energy — enthusiasm and drive applied without the commercial precision to convert them into revenue. If you recognise yourself in any of these, you are precisely the calibre of person this partnership is built for. The Partnership Model This is a shared-risk, shared-reward structure. Partners are not employees; they are co-founders of their own business unit within our group. What you will receive: • Mentorship through the Eternal Question framework — a rigorous, structured programme designed to break through your Natural Limit and develop the mindset of a principal, not a consultant. • A defined path to ownership — a clear milestone-based journey toward running a profitable, independently scalable recruitment business. • Access to a peer network — a select cohort of like-minded partners across the region, providing accountability, collaboration, and shared market intelligence. • Institutional infrastructure — the operational, compliance, and commercial foundations of an established group, without the overhead of building them from scratch. Candidate Profile • A minimum of ten years of recruitment experience in Hong Kong or Singapore, with a consistent and verifiable billing record across that tenure • A demonstrable desire to build and lead, not simply to execute • Intellectual curiosity and genuine openness to coaching and constructive challenge • The discipline to engage with a structured framework rather than defaulting to familiar habits How to Apply Please submit your CV and a concise, confidential covering letter to Inquiries@firstcapital.asia addressing two points: • Why a partnership model represents the right next step for you, rather than a conventional career progression. • Which of the four Natural Limit patterns most closely describes a constraint you have personally experienced, and how you have attempted to address it. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We are building this group selectively and deliberately — quality of fit matters far more than volume. We look forward to a candid conversation.
