ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team asan Accounts Executive . Job Responsibilities • Coordinate and arrange daily delivery schedules. • Monitor and update delivery status to ensure smooth logistics operations. • Liaise with customers, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams on logistics activities. • Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, payment vouchers, and other relevant documents. • Follow up on shipment status and resolve delivery or operational issues. • Support warehouse and operations teams with daily administrative and coordination tasks. • Handle daily administrative and accounting duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and basic accounting entries. • Maintain proper filing of documents and assist with monthly accounts, payroll, employee claims, audit requirements, and other duties assigned by management. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Experience in accounting and administration is preferred. • Positive work attitude, committed, responsible, and motivated. • Good communication and organisational skills.
