Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Executive

Job Description： • Manage and improve FSMS, HACCP, and food safety certification standards. • Conduct hygiene and safety visits across 30 outlets. • Support internal, external, third-party, customer, and regulatory audits. • Manage pest control, equipment maintenance, and other external service providers. • Analyze food safety and quality data and monitor performance. • Investigate customer feedback and implement improvements. • Issue and follow up on CPARs where necessary. • Develop and conduct food safety and hygiene training. • Integrate food safety practices into daily operations. • Keep updated on GMP and food safety trends. • Support the Food Safety Manager with projects and system implementation. Job Requirement: • Minimum Diploma in Food Science, FoodTechnology, Food Safety, or a related field • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant QA or foodsafety experience in the food industry, preferably with hands-on experience inF&B operations. • Good working knowledge of Food Safety ManagementSystems (FSMS), HACCP, and ISO 22000. Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications. • Familiarity with Singapore food safetyrequirements and SFA regulations. Experience in supporting internal, external,third-party, or regulatory audits will be an advantage. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, withthe ability to investigate food safety and quality issues and follow up oncorrective and preventive actions. • Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and ableto work independently in a fast-paced F&B environment. • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is requiredto communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees, suppliers, andbusiness stakeholders.
