Job Summary
Join a close-knit preschool team to teach English Literacy and Numeracy for K Level, mentor junior staff, collaborate with parents, and support creative and event activities that enrich children’s learning experiences.
Responsibilities
• Teach English Literacy and Numeracy to K Level students in a low teacher-to-child ratio to enhance foundational skills
• Mentor junior staff by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and effective teaching practices
• Collaborate with team members to share and implement innovative ideas that improve teaching and learning outcomes
• Review and suggest improvements to existing lesson plans and worksheets to better meet students’ learning needs
• Work alongside external consultants in phonics, arts, dance, and English Speech and Drama to integrate multidisciplinary learning
• Participate in Parent Teacher Conferences to communicate student progress and engage families in their child’s development
• Support the Dance Teacher in training children for the Annual Charity Concert to develop performance skills and confidence
• Plan and organize school events collaboratively with the team to enhance community engagement and student experiences
