Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary You will prepare fried rice, noodles, and sauces for MIN-Wok, manage food and seafood orders, maintain kitchen cleanliness, cut meats and seafood, cook rice, serve food, and oversee hygiene and cost calculation. Responsibilities • Prepare fried rice and noodles by following recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality • Prepare cooking sauces each morning to support daily menu requirements • Order food, seafood, and kitchen sauces to maintain adequate stock levels • Cut chicken, pork, and seafood accurately to meet cooking specifications • Cook rice and serve food promptly to customers • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to comply with food safety standards • Calculate food costs to support budget management and minimize waste • working hours 7am -7pm
