Sales Admin/ Sales Support Executive (Marine Spare Parts) (YL88)

Our client is specialized in providing marine spare parts for machinery and services. Job Responsibilities: • Register customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer information and sales records. • Prepare standard quotations, order documents, correspondence and reports using approved information. • Track the status of quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices and required follow-up. • Coordinate the flow of documents and information between Sales, Technical, Accounting & HR, customers and suppliers. • Update and maintain price lists, product information, customer databases and related files. • Arrange meetings, travel and presentations and prepare and file minutes for assigned meetings. • Respond to routine customer requests and hand over commercial or technical issues to the appropriate person. • Respond politely and professionally to customer telephone enquiries during office hours and 24/7 emergency enquiries while on weekly rotating duty, accurately confirm and record the details, and promptly hand them over to the relevant person. Job Requirements: • Degree in Administration or equivalent qualification. • 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative.
