Sales & Marketing Executive (Events) | Entry Level | Training Provided

“Need experience to get a job. Need a job to get experience.” Sound familiar? Your next chapter can start with something you already do: talking to people, asking questions and finding common ground. At Vision Organisation, we’re expanding our Sales & Events Marketing team . We’re looking for individuals ready to build practical experience in customer engagement, brand promotion and face-to-face sales. Picture this: you start your day learning about a campaign and practising with your team. Then you head to an event, roadshow or pop-up, where those conversations become real. You approach customers, introduce the brand, understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. You work towards sales targets, learn from feedback and get another chance to improve with every conversation. Your people skills become career skills. That retail shift where you handled a difficult customer? Relevant. The F&B rush where you stayed calm and worked with your team? Relevant. The school project where you stepped up to present? A starting point. Through structured training and coaching, you’ll develop communication, customer service, sales presentation and relationship-building skills. As you demonstrate consistent performance and readiness, you can take on responsibilities in coaching and team leadership. Fresh graduates, entry-level applicants and career switchers are welcome. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, customer service, sales or events is useful, but sales experience is not required. You’ll need a willingness to approach people, learn from feedback, handle rejection and commit to a full-time role with a fixed schedule. Remuneration is performance-based. The earnings structure and expectations will be explained during the recruitment process. Ready to give your people skills somewhere to grow? Apply with your CV.
