Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of buildings • Position Title: ACMV Operations Manager • Working Location: Midview City • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB • Duration: Permanent Role • Key Responsibilities • Manage daily ACMV and facilities maintenance operations. • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. • Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors. • Ensure chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and ventilation systems operate properly. • Attend to equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs. • Monitor maintenance schedules, service quality and SLA/KPI performance. • Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance works. • Control maintenance costs and manpower resources. • Monitor energy usage and identify energy-saving opportunities. • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company requirements. • Handle client feedback, complaints and operational meetings. • Prepare maintenance and monthly operations reports. • Support ACMV improvement, upgrading and replacement projects. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • APPLY NOW!!! • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field. • Relevant experience in ACMV, HVAC or facilities management. • Good knowledge of ACMV systems and maintenance operations. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing contractors and clients. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
