Job Responsibilities • Actively source and pursue new sales leads through a variety of prospecting methods • Meet potential customers in person to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and the sales pipeline in the CRM system • Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities • Continuously sharpen sales and negotiation skills to improve performance Job Requirements • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in outdoor sales or business development • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confident and comfortable meeting customers face-to-face • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Good negotiation, presentation, and closing skills • Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining sales records Interested candidates are invited to apply via the “Apply Now” button.
