Planing Engineer

Responsibilities: • Develop and manage detailed construction plans and programmes for underground structure projects to ensure timely and efficient project execution • Coordinate planning activities for major civil infrastructure projects, aligning schedules with project milestones and stakeholder requirements • Utilize Primavera and MS Project software to create, update, and monitor project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain progress • Plan and coordinate complex traffic and utility diversions, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with regulatory standards • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support project delivery aligned with Land Transport Authority (LTA) requirements • Commit to sustained involvement in assigned projects through to successful completion, ensuring continuity and accountability Preferred competencies and qualifications: • Experience with LTA projects • Willingness to commit to project duration until successful completion • Microsoft office (PPT, Word, Excel), Primavera6 available user.
