You will manage daily front-desk operations, handle appointments, and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious salon experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: ● Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional front-desk hospitality. ● Manage appointment scheduling via phone, messaging apps, and booking systems efficiently. ● Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and billing transactions accurately. ● Address client inquiries regarding salon services, pricing, and promotional packages professionally. ● Maintain the neatness and presentation of the reception and waiting area. ● Coordinate with stylists and assistants to ensure smooth salon flow and timely service.
