HR Administrator (Construction)

Working location: Kembangan Job Description: • Provides day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, collates employment documents, maintains and updates personnel files; • Process payroll on a timely basis including computation of daily/monthly salaries, deductions, overtime for workers; • Update new hire information into HR database and system; • Support training activities for workers, including sending workers for CET training, BCA Coretrade, CSOC, etc; • Assist in course registration, maintain training records and training evaluation; • Handles foreign workers work pass application/renewal/cancellation, updates personnel particulars/employment details, address of foreign workers via OFWAS; • Manage administration matters including dormitories, workers insurances, security bonds, etc; • Support of COVID-19 operations; • MYE application/extension; • Handle workers' home leave application, airtickets; • Any other ad hoc miscellaneous assigned. • Farmiliar with mail merge usage will be useful Requirement: • Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline; • At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry; • Knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, EFMA, and MOM; • Able to start immediately or within a short notice Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button or email to hr@kah.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
