Production Supervisor (Plastic Injection Molding)

Production Supervisor/ Manufacturing/ Medical/ Mold/ Team Lead/ Engineer Job Highlights • 12 hours Shift: 3-4-4-3 pattern • Working hours: Night Shift (7pm - 7am) • Permanent Position / MNC/ Near MRT/ Urgent Hiring!! • Shift allowances, OT, AWS , Annual Leave, Medical & Dental Benefit Our client (MNC) is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries. Responsibilities • Implement production work orders and plans to meet operational requirements and deadlines • Ensure products consistently meet customer quality specifications through monitoring and control • Monitor production processes and report deviations or changes promptly to management • Perform machine and mold setup following established procedures and molding data sheets • Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and organized work environment • Control scrap levels and optimize production efficiency to achieve target outputs • Ensure timely closure of work orders to maintain production flow and reporting accuracy • Supervise packing and packaging activities to meet quality and delivery standards • Support troubleshooting efforts for quality, production, and tooling issues to minimize downtime • Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance skills and operational performance • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvements Requirements • Diploma or NTC2 in any Engineering-related discipline, possess good leadership, self-motivated, preferably Mechanical Engineering • Basic Injection moulding knowledge • 2-3 years’ experience/knowledge in Medical, Manufacturing or similar industry • Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, is added advantage • Basic computer knowledge i.e. MS -Excel skill is needed Interested candidates, please e-mail resume in Word document (indicating your current salary and expected salary) to: Tan Chuan Liang (Ryan) Recruitment Manager Right Recruit Pte.
