• Working days : 5 Days ( Mon - Fri ) • Working Hour : 9am -6pm • Working Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent • Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 per month Job Responsibilities • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment to support smooth daily operations. • Handle incoming phone calls, faxes, and email communications promptly and professionally. • Scan, file, and organize documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval. • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods received notes. • Coordinate local and overseas deliveries according to customer and project timelines. • Track shipments and invoices to ensure timely delivery and payment processing. • Maintain parts inventory records to support production and project requirements. • Update project-related data and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely progress. • Monitor purchase order status and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and commitments. • Source and evaluate new suppliers based on product quality, pricing, and service standards. • Monitor supplier performance and follow up on any product quality or delivery issues. • Verify supplier invoices against relevant purchase orders and supporting documents before payment processing. • Maintain updated supplier price lists and payment records. • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and purchasing duties as assigned.
