Regional Client Events Executive (6 months Renewable Contract)

ABOUT THE ROLE Step into a world of timeless luxury, craftsmanship, and elevated client experiences. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Client Events Executive to join our Regional Team on a 6-month renewable contract. In this pivotal role, you will bring our Maison’s global vision to life across key regional markets, upholding strict HQ standards while executing unforgettable, high-end client events. Working in tandem with local market teams, event production partners, and regional leadership, you will oversee end-to-end event execution, budget management, and post-event ROI analysis. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Regional Event Execution & HQ Alignment: Oversee global HQ event guidelines across regional markets, ensuring every high-end client activation reflects the brand's luxury codes and aesthetic precision. • Vendor & Production Coordination: Brief local markets, negotiate with high-end vendors, and direct event production teams to ensure seamless execution. • Project & Budget Management: Manage day-to-day project workflows, maintain event budgets, track event inventory, and ensure spatial setups match approved planograms. • Performance & ROI Analysis: Prepare executive presentations, evaluate event performance metrics, and analyze return on investment (ROI) for regional leadership. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with local market teams and work side-by-side with the Senior Client Project Executive on regional event operations and approvals. • On-Site Execution: Travel within the region to provide hands-on management and operational support during major event rollouts. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Event Management Expertise: Proven track record in executing high-end events, client activations, or experiential marketing (luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality experience preferred). • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for luxury presentation, spatial layouts, and flawless operational execution. • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Hands-on experience managing event budgets, tracking material/merchandise inventory, and analyzing performance ROI. • Strong Presentation & Communication Skills: Confident in creating pitch decks, conducting market briefings, and presenting to regional stakeholders. • Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel across regional markets to manage live event setups and execution.
