Project Quantity Surveyor (West area)

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and evaluate subcontract packages, tender documents, and quotations. • Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. • Prepare and submit progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts. • Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims and variation orders. • Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and forecast project expenditure. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on commercial and contractual matters. • Maintain contract records, correspondence, and commercial documentation. • Identify contractual risks and recommend cost-saving and value engineering initiatives. • Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company procedures, and project requirements. • Prepare monthly commercial reports and support management with cost analysis and project financial performance. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Commercial Manager. Requirements: • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. • With 3 to 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in building projects.
