Engineering Services Project Manager

Ltd. provides integrated plumbing and sanitary engineering solutions alongside digital workflow optimization for SMEs in Singapore. ​ Role Overview ​We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Services Project Manager to lead plumbing and sanitary projects from site execution to handover while leveraging digital project management tools to streamline field operations. ​ Key Responsibilities • ​ Project Delivery: Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets from kick-off to final handover. • ​ Site Management: Lead site teams and sub-contractors, conduct quality inspections, and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. • ​ Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, developers, main contractors, and consultants. • ​ Regulatory Compliance: Oversee PUB, BCA, and statutory authority submissions, testing, and commissioning. • ​ Cost Control: Track project costs, process variation orders (VOs), and manage progress claims. • ​ Process Digitalization: Use internal mobile workflow apps and digital job sheets to track site progress and eliminate admin bottlenecks. ​Requirements • ​ Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or related fields. • ​ Experience: 3+ years managing plumbing, sanitary, or MEP projects in Singapore. • ​ Technical Knowledge: Conversant with local plumbing codes, BCA regulations, and PUB compliance requirements. • ​ Certifications (Advantageous): PUB Licensed Plumber, BCSS, or bizSAFE Level 2/3. • ​ Skills: Able to read engineering blueprints, tech-savvy with digital tools/spreadsheets, with strong communication and leadership skills.
