FULL TIME SHOP SALES ASSISTANT

Retail Sales Assistant (SHIFT WORK) Job Hours: • Shiftwork with 2 shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour of lunch break) • 5 days work week, at least 1 work day must be on weekend. Job Scope includes: • Provide friendly and professional customer service. • Recommend suitable products and explain their usage and preparation. • Operate cashier and handle cashless and cash transactions accurately. • Pack, weigh, label, and prepare customer purchases and delivery orders. • Replenish shelves, monitor stock levels, and maintain attractive product displays. • Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked. • Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and daily store operations. • Learn and maintain product knowledge on herbs, dried seafood, bird's nest, mushrooms, teas, and seasonal products. • Help to unload goods if needed, at warehouse when new shipment arrives. • Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
