WhatsApp: +65 90820021 (Kyler) Email: kylergan.supreme@gmail.com Working days & hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat) | Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm Location: Changi Airfreight Centre Salary: Basic $2200 - $2600 Job Description • Handle accounts payable and receivable. • Follow up on customer payments and update customer statements. • Manage invoicing, payments and collections • Handle costing and monthly closing. • Liaise with customers and vendors. • Check supplier invoices, vendor rates and costs. • Maintain payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments. • Prepare and update AR ageing reports and Statements of Account (SOA). • Reconcile invoices and accounts, and resolve discrepancies • Prepare financial reports and assist with audit documentation. • Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. • Maintain accurate financial records and follow company procedures. • Support process improvement and cost-saving activities. • Cover work for team members when required. • Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirement • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field. • Training will be provided • With knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is an advantage.
