1. HR Compliance & Policy Development • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. 2. Financial Management Budgeting & Financial Planning • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management. • Monitor company expenditures and suggest cost-saving strategies. Accounting & Financial Reporting • Oversee financial statements, bookkeeping, and monthly closings. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management. Taxation & Compliance • Handle corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies. Payroll & Benefits Accounting • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement. • Oversee employee benefits costs and financial implications.
