Job Description · Coordinate production department activities · Ensure proper machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary · Perform troubleshooting when errors occur · Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures · Production scheduling · Staff scheduling · Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals · Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention · Ensure customer orders are fulfilled · Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production · Employee orientation and training · Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve worker’s problems · Ensure workplace safety · Daily reporting to the management . Other ad hoc duties assigned Job Requirement • Possess at least O Level. • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing. • Able to work independently, as well as a team player. • Shift Working Hours Pattern • Working day pattern: 6 days per week.
