It operates an ISO 9001: 2015 certified Quality Management System. Job Summary Assist the Agency operations team on the additonal support requirements and administration works . Responsibilities • Oversee inbound and outbound shipment logistics for vessel spare parts to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness • Coordinate arrangements such as transfers & hotel rooms for non-joining crew members • Administer Singapore visa applications and verify entry documentation to comply with local authority regulations • Maintain the vendor tariff master file to ensure accurate and current pricing information • Maintain workplace discipline and protect sensitive corporate data from unauthorized disclosure
