Senior Production Engineer I Switchboard, Control Panels

Your Responsibilities • Support daily production operations, planning, scheduling, and delivery. • Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, inventory, and subcontractors. • Monitor production progress, delays, quality issues, and corrective actions. • Coordinate with Sales, Design, QA, supervisors, and production teams on technical requirements. • Ensure product quality, IPQC, workmanship, drawings, and production standards. • Lead and guide production staff, including training and performance support. • Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance. • Monitor production costs, productivity, manpower utilization, and KPIs. • Drive continuous improvement in production processes and workflow. • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with QMS and ISO requirements. Requirements • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. • Switchboard/electrical panel manufacturing experience preferred. • Able to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with teams and subcontractors. • Knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and QMS.
