M&E COORDINATOR

Job Description: • Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services to ensure project completion within schedule. • Liaise with clients and consultants to monitor work progress. • Attend progress, site, and MEP meetings as required. • Interpret and adhere to main contract and sub-contract requirements. • Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and guidelines. • Oversee M&E subcontractors’ progress, including submissions for drawings, materials, samples, and method statements. • Ensure M&E works are executed according to approved specifications and drawings. • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of testing and commissioning. • Maintain high standards of quality for all site works. Job Requirements: • Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is preferred. • At least 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects. • Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
