Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops and computer hardware
Troubleshoot hardware and software problem
Perform laptop parts replacement, including LCD screens, keyboards,
batteries, charging ports, fans and other components
Setup system and configuration and window and software installation
Perform data backup and recovery
Provide technical advice and recommend suitable repair solutions.
Communicate with customers professionally and explain repair issue
Maintain a clean and an organized work area
Assist with other daily computer repair shops duties when required
Requirement:
Good knowledge of computer hardware and window operating system, able to disassembly and computer replacement
Basic knowledge of data recovery is an advantage
