Job Title: Executive Assistant to President
Location: Changi North, Singapore

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, Executive Assistant to support the President in executive coordination, business follow-up and project execution. The role requires someone who can turn management priorities into clear action plans, coordinate across teams and follow through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the President in daily executive matters, meetings, scheduling and business travel.
• Coordinate projects and business initiatives, track milestones and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of management decisions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, reports and minutes.
• Conduct research and consolidate information to support business discussions and decision-making.
• Provide accurate English–Mandarin translation of documents and interpretation during meetings.
• Handle confidential business information and executive correspondence with discretion.
• Support other assignments directed by the President.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to senior leadership, or in a comparable executive support role.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and following up on business matters across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin, required for bilingual document translation, meeting interpretation and communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
