Deliver excellent customer service, assist in inventory and equipment checks, handle corporate event bookings, and prepare monthly reports. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of the Bowling Centre to ensure smooth functioning • Operate and oversee the cashier counter during business hours accurately • Perform administrative tasks to support operational efficiency • Deliver excellent customer service to members, guests, and the public to enhance their experience • Assist the supervisor in checking and maintaining stock, equipment, and stationery levels for uninterrupted operations • Manage enquiries and coordinate bookings for corporate events to maximize facility usage • Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to support management decisions
