Benefits Summary • AWS + Variable Bonuses + Yearly Increment • Working Hours: 5 days (7am-4.30pm/ 5.30am-1pm) • Location: Central Region (Healthcare Industry Job Descriptions • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment and utensils. • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu and required standards. • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. • Monitor food and refrigerator temperatures and maintain records. • Ensure menu items are available throughout service. • Assist with menu planning and weekly service meetings. • Oversee kitchen operations and staff when senior chefs are unavailable. • Perform other duties assigned by the Sous Chef or Unit Manager Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
